Beasts and undead of Auroria

Six posts gather the fauna and the dead of Auroria. Two adversaries have names: the Wraith Commander and The Devourer. The wolf, the goat, the beasts, and the undead still have no name.

A wolf and a goat

Out in the wild, a wolf prowls with a purpose, its gaze fixed. The goat holds its ground, always alert to a possible danger. The post does not say what they are guarding against or whom they are looking for, and it gives them no other name.

The cover is that wolf, on a dirt path, with another wolf behind, among pines and a crag. The goat is left in the grass, with a spiral horn and rocks in the background. The text speaks of one wolf and of one goat; the second wolf is seen in the image, and the post does not comment on it.

Beasts of Auroria

The post warns anyone who crosses paths with a monster of this type. They usually move on all fours, but they can attack on two legs or strike with other parts of the body. The beasts of Auroria, hardened by harsh environments, tend to have unexpected abilities. It is best to watch how they move.

“Do not provoke it. Withdraw in silence and keep your distance,” according to @ArcheAgeChron. It is the survival advice in the post. It does not say which beast it is talking about.

A capture with an interface shows a bear on all fours, with brown fur and its mouth open. The post gives it no name, and does not say that all beasts are bears.

Undead

The undead monsters, from skeletons to ghosts, reek of rot and of corruption. Some keep instincts from when they were alive, and go so far as to use martial arts. Most, the post says, are driven by hatred and attack any living being as soon as they see it. In an encounter, one must flee or fight.

One image shows a fleshless figure, with a weapon on its back, among tall grass, ruins, and a column. Another, an enormous body with several heads and several arms, with a metal plate on the belly, behind a palisade. The post cites skeletons and ghosts, and does not put a name to these figures.

Wraith Commander

On 5 November 2024, @ArcheAgeChron presented the fight against the Wraith Commander as “the fight of your life”, a test of skill and strategy. On 14 November 2024 it added that his longsword pushes his Wraith Soldiers forward and gives off a freezing aura of death. The posts do not say where he is found or what his story is.

The Devourer

On 13 August 2026, in the Ranger class video, the Ranger and an ally face the enormous Devourer together. The post does not say what it is or where it comes from.

GAP: the posts do not name the wolf, the goat, the beast, or the undead, and they do not say which zone of Auroria they are in. They do not say where the Wraith Commander is found or what The Devourer is.

Wolf, goat, beasts, and undead. The advice before the beast is not to provoke. Before the undead, flee or fight. The names the posts do give are Wraith Commander, Wraith Soldiers, and The Devourer.
