Celtak, the Dobavion, and Serpens' Domain

Three posts, three names. Celtak, the Eternal Nightmare, whom the Dobavions and the Cult of Eternity exalt. Serpens' Domain, ruin of the ancient city of Mailgrove, in the hands of the Dobavion Dreadbreath Tribe. And High Priest Zudaka, who says he has heard the voice of the Ancient Deity.
Celtak, the Eternal Nightmare
“Beware of Celtak, the Eternal Nightmare,” according to @ArcheAgeChron. The Dobavions and the Cult of Eternity exalt him. Many, the post says, glimpsed his devastating power in the State of Play trailer, when he ran down some Pioneers who were not expecting it.
GAP: the post cites the State of Play trailer and does not describe it; it is video context, not a tale, and nothing that is not written is added here.
The image in the post shows a creature standing in the water, with a red crest, claws, and a dark body, among columns and arches covered in vegetation. The text does not describe that appearance.

Serpens' Domain
Serpens' Domain was a refuge of the ancient city of Mailgrove. The post says that it is now a profaned ruin, taken by the Dobavion Dreadbreath Tribe. It is whispered that there is a sleeping god beneath the earth, a ritual altar, and sacrifices that feed something not at all divine. Few return from the city of the west. Fewer still tell what they saw. The post leaves in the air what they saw, and does not name the god.
The view in the post is that of the cover: broken columns, wooden scaffolding, spires of rock, and a path of water between tattered banners.
GAP: the name of the sleeping god is not given, nor whether the city of the west is Mailgrove, nor what happens at the altar.
High Priest Zudaka
High Priest Zudaka is, in the post, the one who has heard the voice of the Ancient Deity. He believes himself the only herald and the chosen vessel to carry that revelation to the world. He looks down on the senseless Dobavion and on the humans of the Cult of Eternity, and he crushes without hesitation anyone who defies his will, like insects under a heel.
GAP: the post does not say whether the Ancient Deity is the sleeping god of Serpens' Domain, nor whether it is Akasch, nor what revelation Zudaka announces.
GAP: the posts say Dobavions, Dobavion Dreadbreath Tribe, and Dobavion, and none of them explains whether it is the same name.
The image carries an editor interface. It shows a figure with a fanged mask, a staff crowned by a skull, and dark clothes with red strips. The text does not describe the mask or the staff.

Celtak, the ruin of Mailgrove, and Zudaka arrive in separate posts. Nothing in them fuses those names into a single being.
