The 25-Year War

The 25-Year War leaves two presences in these posts, not the course of the war. One is that of dead warriors and aristocrats whose souls still wander Auroria. The other is Axas, a soldier of the Repentant Shadows, with the Thorned Halberd, now in command of an armory in Whalebone Graveyard.
Souls without rest
They were noble warriors and esteemed aristocrats from every continent. They fought fiercely in the 25-Year War for their nations and for their name, and they did not escape death. Their souls, consumed by what the post calls twisted wraiths through the Rancor that remains in Auroria, found no rest.
The post sets a moment: the war over, the age of exploration began. Even so, those souls wander without emotion, moved only by a tenacious obsession with duty and victory, always in search of enemies.
GAP: prior lore about the 25-Year War and the Rancor would be needed; these posts do not explain the war, the continents, or who the Repentant Shadows are.
Axas and the Thorned Halberd
During the 25-Year War, Axas, a soldier of the Repentant Shadows, wielded the Thorned Halberd and single-handedly brought down the enemy fortress. The post says that his horrendous power has continued to be a symbol of fear, handed down through the ages.
Axas now guards the Dark Blade armory, in Whalebone Graveyard, and punishes without mercy anyone who dares to enter. The text says that terror is waking again.
The account recalls that the scene in which Axas brandished the Thorned Halberd appeared in an earlier trailer, and it does not describe it. It leaves the encounter to whoever arrives: it does not tell how it ends.
